Scott Fraser-Dauphinee is the Campus Life Coordinator at Douglas College in British Columbia, overseeing student leadership, service learning, health and wellness, special events and student engagement. He holds a B.B.A in Management/Marketing and a Master of Health Administration. His professional career has included work in marketing, community development, sport/health administration and higher education.
Scott is passionate about social justice issues and has spent considerable time and energy involved in international development work. He created and currently manages Douglas College’s Zambia Global Leadership Program that sends 9 students to Zambia on service learning internships every summer. Prior to his work at Douglas Scott spent time living and working in Zambia for the Commonwealth Games of Canada’s (CGC) International Development Through Sport division, overseeing the rollout of a national community health and sport capacity building project. He currently helps lead CGC’s Alumni Association.
Scott has also spent time as a volunteer for organizations such as the Canadian Red Cross, the International Training and Education Centre for HIV/AIDS (ITECH) and Seattle University’s Fair Trade Coffee Project in Nicaragua.
